By using this app, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the App

Ride Tracker (PhilsCycleApp) is provided for personal use to:

• track rides
• view ride data
• export ride summaries

You agree not to misuse the app.

3. Subscriptions

Some features may require a subscription.

• Payment is charged through your Apple ID account
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings

4. No Guarantees

The app is provided “as is” without warranties.

We do not guarantee:

• accuracy of GPS data
• uninterrupted operation
• fitness for a particular purpose

5. Safety Disclaimer

You are responsible for your own safety while using the app. Do not interact with the app while riding or driving in a way that distracts you.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• injuries
• data loss
• damages resulting from use of the app

7. Termination

We may update or discontinue the app at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction.
